This is to inform you that in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed by the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed with effect from Saturday 1st April 2023 upto 48 hours after communication of financial results for the 4th Quarter and Financial Year ending on 31st March 2023 to the stock exchanges.
