In continuation of our letter dated 17th of March 2023 submitted with you upon cessation of Shri Sudipta Mukherjee as Director (Operations) of the Company with effect from 17.03.2023 he has ceased to be an Authorized Person of the Company for the purposes of determination of materiality of an event/information under the Policy framed by the Company under provisions of Regulation 30(4)(ii) of SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015.
