In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 PNC Infratech Limited (the Company) is pleased to inform you that one of the Companys Subsidiary namely Sonauli Gorakhpur Highways Private Limited (SPV/Concessionaire) received Appointed Date for the HAM Project of National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) vide NHAIs communication dated 21.03.2023 .Details mentioned in Annexure
