Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and amendments made thereunder and Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window of the Company will be closed for trading in Securities of the Company from April 1 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March 2023 for the Directors KMPs and Designated Persons. Accordingly all the Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window
