This is to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended and as per Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday 1st April 2023 and the same shall remain closed till the forty-eight hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the half-year and year ended 31st March 2023 (both days inclusive) to the Stock Exchange for trading by all designated persons including their immediate relatives.The date of the Board Meeting to be held for the consideration and approval of the Audited Financial Results for the half-year and year ended 31st March 2023 will be communicated in due course of time.
