In accordance with the Code of conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by designated persons and their immediate relative of the Company read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 please note that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the Code) with effect from April 01 2023 for the purpose of consideration of audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March2023.During the aforesaid period when the Trading Window is closed Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relative shall not trade in the Companys shares/securities.The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after the audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2023 become generally available.
