Pursuant to provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons please note that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the Code) from 1st April 2023 for the purpose of consideration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2023.The Trading Window shall open after 48 hours of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2023 become generally available.The date of meeting of Board of Directors to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2023 shall be communicated in due course of time.
