This is to inform you that as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter and Year ended on 31st March 2023 for all the Directors Officers and Designated Employees of the Company from 1st April 2023 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Results of the Company to the Stock Exchange (both days inclusive). The date of Board Meeting shall be intimated to the Exchange separately.
