This is to inform you that as per Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading of Adjia Technologies Limited (the Company) and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from April 1 2023 until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results by the Company for the Quarter and year ended March 31 2023.
