The Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company by its designated person will remain closed from 1st April 2023. The closure is in connection with the finalization of financial results for the quarter and financial year ending 31st March 2023. The Trading Window shall be opened 48 (forty eight) hours after the said results of the Company are declared and sent to Stock Exchanges.
