Dear Sir(s)This has reference to our intimation regarding the initiation of corporate insolvency resolution process (CIRP) in the case of Maximaa Systems Limited (the Company) under Section 10 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 (Code).We wish to inform you that the 04th (fourth) meeting of the Committee of Creditors of the Company was duly convened and conducted on Monday 27th March 2023 at 03:00 P.M. viavideo conferencing through Webex Application.In furtherance thereof pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and in accordance with the requirements of sub-clause 16(g) of Clause A of Part A of Schedule III of Listing Regulations the undersigned hereby intimates thatthe following matters were discussed and put to vote in 04th meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC) held on 27th March 2023 via video conferencing through Webex Application.Kindly take the same on records.
