With reference to the circular issued by BSE vide circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 we wish to inform you that in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by the insiders framed pursuant to SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity shares of the Company will be closed for all its Directors designated employees connected persons and their immediate relatives from 1st April 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after declarations of Unaudited standalone financial results of the company for the quarter ending 31st March2023.
