As per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 effective April 1 2019 the Trading restriction period can be made applicable from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results.In view of the aforesaid it is hereby intimated that the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from Saturday April 01 2023 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31 2023.Accordingly all persons to whom the said Code is applicable and also those persons to whom it is not applicable but who are in receipt of any unpublished price-sensitive information are directed not to trade in shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above.
