Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Insider Trading Code the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company by Directors Promoters designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from 01st April 2023 till the expiry of 48 (forty-eight) hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31 2023. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results of the Company will be intimated in due course.
