With reference to the Circulars issued by BSE vide Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 we would like to inform you that pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by the insiders framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed with immediate effect until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results for the quarter ended on 31.03.2023.
