In terms of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended and in compliance with the terms of Code of Conduct of the Company the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors designated persons and other officials covered under the code with effect from Saturday 1st April 2023 to till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31st 2023.The date of Board Meeting for declaration of Audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter and year ended 31st March 2023 will be intimated in due course.
