Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended read with Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April 2019 the trading window for dealing in theSecurities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st April 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter/ year ended 31st March 2023.The Trading window shall open after 48 hours of declaration of the said results. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/ year ended on 31st March 2023 will be intimated in due course.
