We wish to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 read with notification no. LIST/COMP1O112OI9-20 dated 02nd April 2019 issued by BSE and the Companys Code of conduct to regulate monitor and report trading in Securities of the Company the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons of the Company from the period starting from April 01 2023 till Forty Eight (48) hours from the conclusion of the Board Meeting to be held for the purpose of consideration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2023.Further the date of Board Meeting for consideration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2023 will be intimated in due course.You are requested to kindly take note of same.
