Pursuant to Regulation 30 Schedule Ill and other applicable regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that due to his personal obligations Mr. Maneesh Ramakant Sapte (DIN: 00020450) has resigned as a Managing Director of the Company with effect from Thursday March 30 2023 and will be continuing as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.
