Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window of the company will remain closed from Saturday 1st April 2023 for the purpose of consideration of Audited Financial Results for the financial year ending 31st March 2023 along with other matters for which trading window is required to be closed. The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after announcement of the Audited Financial Results for the financial year ending 31st March 2023 to the Stock Exchange.
