This is to inform you that in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 read with clarification issued by BSE vide Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April02 2019 and in view of finalization of accounts for the half year & financial year ended March 31 2023 it is hereby notified that the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company (Jonjua Overseas Limited) will be closed for all Insiders Directors Promoters and Designated Employees of the Company from April 01 2023 till the end of 48 hours after the date of the Board Meeting wherein the Audited Financial Results of the Company would be considered.
