Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed for Designated person and their immediate relatives in terms of the Companys Code of Fair Disclosure and code of conduct to regulate monitor and report Trading by Designated Persons (the code) from 31st March 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2023.The date of Board meeting for declaration of financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2023 will be notified and uploaded in due course. Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited to enter / deal in any transaction involving sale or purchase of shares of Frontline Financial Services Limited during the period of closure of Trading Window
