Pursuant to Regulation 7(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby certify compliance with Regulation 7(2) for the Financial Year ended March 31st 2023 and certify that: -a. MPDL Limited the listed entity has appointed MCS Share Transfer Agents Limited having their office at F-65 Okhla Industrial Area Phase - I New Delhi - 110020 as Registrar and Share Transfer Agent;b. MCS Share Transfer Agents Limited is handling and is responsible for all activities in relation to share transfer facilities and related work of MPDL Limited;c. MPDL Limited does not have any in-house share transfer facility; andd. The current financial year of MPDL Limited has been ended on 31st March 2023.In this regard a Compliance Certificate duly signed by the Company Secretary and Registrar and Share Transfer Agent is enclosed herewith.
