we wish to inform that the Company has received communication dated 04th April 2023 from the wholly owned subsidiary company namely Career Point Edutech Limited (the Company) that the Companys Board passed Resolution dated 04.04.2023 for allotment of 34000/- equity shares of Rs. 10 each to the shareholders of Plancess Edusolutions Private Limited (the Plancess) under the Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and Plancess as approved by the Honble NCLT Benche both Jaipur and Mumbai (Jurisdictional). It may be noted that after such allotment the holding of Career Point Limited in its subsidiary Company (CP Edutech) will be 94.45 % (578947 equity shares out of total shareholding of 612947 equity shares).You are requested to kindly take on record.
