Ref: SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 Scrip Code: 530197Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and with reference to the clarification regarding trading restriction period issued by BSE Limited vide its Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02 2019 and pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct the Trading Window for trading/dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors Insiders Designated Employees of the Company and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st April 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended on 31st March 2023.The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended on 31st March 2023 will be informed in due course.
