In terms of Regulation 7(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we submit herewith a compliance certificate with regard to maintenance of share transfer facility (both physical and electronic) of the Company for the year ended 31st March 2023 duly signed by the Compliance Officer and the authorized representative of the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company.
