With reference to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November 2018 on the above mentioned subject we hereby confirm that as on 31st March 2022 CAPTAIN TECHNOCAST LIMITED is not falling under Large Corporate (LC) category under Clause 2.2. of the said SEBI Circular as the Company does not have outstanding Long-Term Borrowings exceeding Rs. 100 Crore which has an original maturity of more than 1 year.
