Dear Sir With reference to the captioned subject and in compliance of SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26 November 2018 with regard to fund raising by issuance of debt securities by large entities we hereby declare and confirm that our company i.e. Beryl Drugs Limited does not fall under the category Large Corporate (LC) category as specified Para 2.2 of the aforesaid SEBI Circular as on 31.03.2023. Accordingly the provisions of the said circular are not applicable to the company.
