Pursuant to the provision of Regulation 57 (5) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we confirm that the company i.e. MIDEAST PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT LIMITED has not issued any Non-convertible securities and hence interest/dividend/principal obligations for 2023 for non-convertible securities is not applicable for the quarter ended on March 31 2023. We also confirm that there were no unpaid interest/dividend/principal obligations in relation to non-convertible securities at the end of the quarter dated March 31 2023.
