We hereby confirm and undertake that Trinity League India Limited (the Company) is not a Large Corporate as per the criteria specified in para 2.2 of SEBI Circular: SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November 2018 for the year ended 31st March 2023. Accordingly the disclosure in Annexure A to the said Circular is not applicable. Further the Company was not falling under category of Large Corporate for the financial year 2022- 23 the requirement of filing the Annual Disclosure as mentioned in Annexure B1 of the said Circular for the financial year 2022-23 is also not applicable.
