As per the latest Audited Accounts of the Company as of March 31 2022 the paid-up equity share capital of the Company is Rs. 500000/- (Rupees Five Lakh) and the net worth of the Company is Rs. 7683710/- (Rupees Seventy-Six Lakh Eighty-Three Thousand and Seven Hundred and Ten only) which is below the threshold limit as specified under the said regulation. Therefore Regulation 15(2) and provision of Regulation 23(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended are not applicable to our Company.
