With reference to the SEBI circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26 2018 in respect of fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Corporate (LC) and disclosure compliance thereof by the Large Corporates (LC) we hereby confirm that our Company is not a Large Corporate (LC) as per the framework and applicability criteria given under the aforesaid SEBI circular.Therefore the requirement of filing the initial disclosure and annual disclosure in Annexures A and B1 and B2 respectively to the aforesaid Circular for the Financial Year ended 2022-23 does not arise.This is for your information and records.
