The Hindustan Housing Company Limited is not a Large Corporate as per the Criteria specified in para 2.2 of SEBI Circular Ref.: SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November 2018 read with BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/05/2019-2020 dated 11th April 2019 for the year ended 31st March 2023. Accordingly the Disclosure in Annexure - A to the said Circular is not applicable to the Company.
