Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 7(2)(a) of the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Company has received disclosures in Form C dated 12/04/2023 from Dr. Vijay Sankeshwar and Dr. Anand Sankeshwar Promoters of the Company for disposal of equity shares held by them in the recently concluded buyback of equity shares of the Company.Further the Company has also received disclosures in Form C dated 12/04/2023 from Mrs. Vani Sankeshwar and Mrs. Lalitha Sankeshwar members of the promoters group of the Company for disposal of equity shares held by them in the recently concluded buyback of equity shares of the Company.
