Joindre Commodities Limited has received an Order from SEBI on 10th April 2023 in the matter of National Spot Exchange Limited (NSEL) cancelling the trade license of our said subsidiary Company.The subsidiary company is taking the appropriate legal redressal against the said order. This order will not have any impact on the working of the Company.This is for information to shareholders at large of our company.
