Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and the approval of the Finance Committee of the board of Directors of Muthoot Finance Limited (Company) in its meeting held on 28th March 2023 we wish to inform you that the Company has completed the pre-payment of external commercial borrowings to the tune of USD 225 million on April 13 2023. Consequent upon the pre-payment of the external commercial borrowings the Company has initiated steps for cancellation of the Senior Secured Notes issued by the Company under the GMTN Programme and listed on the International Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange.
