Vantage Knowledge Academy Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/04/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (LODR) 2015 we hereby inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday 24th April 2023 to approve the audited financial results for the year ending as on 31st March 2023.Further pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and as per the terms of Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company the Trading Window shall remain closed from 21st April to 24th April 2023 (both days inclusive) for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Code.
