Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 15 (2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (LODR) we wish to inform you that the paid-up equity share capital of the Company is Rs. 7500000/- (not exceeding Rs. 10 Crores) and net worth is Rs. 44084000 /- (not exceeding Rs. 25 Crores) as on 31st March 2022.Hence the compliance with the Corporate Governance provisions as specified in Regulations 1717A1819202122232424A252627 and clauses (b) to (i) of sub-regulation (2) of regulation 46 and para-C D and E of Schedule V of LODR do not apply to the Company.In view of the above the Company is not required to submit the Report of Corporate Governance for the Quarter ended 31st March 2023 as per the provisions of Regulation 27 (2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.Kindly take the aforesaid information on your record and acknowledge the receipt.
