With reference to the above SEBI Circular we would like to inform you that our Company does not fulfill the criteria of Large Corporate as per the framework prescribed under the said Circular.Hence the disclosure requirements under the aforesaid circular is not applicable to the Company.Kindly take the note of the same on your record.
