Declaration With Respect To Non-Applicability Of Related Party Transactions Pursuant To Regulations 23(9) Of The SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements Regulation 2015).

With reference to the above captioned subject we would like to inform that as per the regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 the compliance with the provision as specified in Regulation 17 to 27 and Clauses (b) to (i) [and(t)] of sub-regulation (2) of regulation 46 and para C D and E of Schedule V of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 shall not applicable to our company as we have listed our securities on BSE (SME) Platform. Accordingly the Company is not required to submit the Related Party Transaction disclosures as required under Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 for the Half Year and Financial Year ended 31st March 2023.
