With reference to above mentioned SEBI Circular dated 26th November 2018 in respect of fund raising by issuance of debt securities by Large Corporates and disclosures and compliances thereof by such large corporates.In view of the above we would like to inform you that as on 31st March 2023 i.e. on last date of financial year our Company Trade Wings Limited is not identified as Large Corporate as per the framework provided in the aforesaid circular.
