We hereby submit under Regulation 40 (10) of the Listing Regulations the Compliance Certificate in terms of Regulation 40 (9) of the Listing Regulations dated 17th April 2023 issued by CS Pravin Kumar Drolia Company Secretary in whole time practice Kolkata (FCS No. 2366 CP No.1362) confirming timely processing the transmission requests received by the Company during the year by its RTA. It was also confirmed that the Company/RTA of the Company did not receive any application for Sub-division Consolidation and Renewal etc. during the Period from 01.04.2022 to 31.03.2023.
