Pursuant to Regulation 15(2)(a) of SEBI(Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the listed entity having paid up equity share capital exceeding ten crore and net worth exceeding rupees twenty five crore as on the last day of the previous financial year is required to comply with Regulation 17 17A 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 24A 25 26 27 and clauses (b) to (i) of sub-regulation (2) of regulation 46 and para C D and E of Schedule V of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.Since M/s. Trade Wings Limited (Company) having CIN: L63040GA1949PLC000168 does not have paid up equity share capital exceeding ten crore and net worth exceeding rupees twenty-five crore as on the last day of the financial year ended March 31 2023 the compliance of disclosure of Related Party Transactions under regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 are not applicable to the company.
