Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations we wish to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 18th day of April 2023 considered and approved the appointment of M/s Manoj Rajput & Co. Chartered Accountant (Firm Registration No. 037750N) as Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2022-23. Further the details as required under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFO/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09 2015 is enclosed herewith as Annexure-1.
