The Board at the Meeting held today i.e. 20th April 2023 recommended subject to declaration of the same by the Shareholders Final Dividend of ?3.5 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended 31st March 2023. The details with respect to date of the Annual General Meeting record date for payment of dividend and the date of payment of such dividend will be advised in due course
