Pursuant to SEBI Circular No SEBI/HO/DDHS/CLR/P/2018/144 dated November 26 2018 we confirm that our Company India Infraspace Limited does not fall under the Large Corporate (LC) category for the Financial Year ended on 31st March 2023 as it does not fulfill the criteria as specified in the Para 2.2 of the said Circular.
