Pursuant to Regulation 7 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we send herewith a copy of the Certificate signed by both Compliance Officer of the Company and Authorized Representative of Satellite Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company (RTA) for the Financial Year ended on March 31 2023 certifying that all activities in relation to share transfer facility for the said period are maintained by the RTA registered with SEBI.
