We further inform you that the paid-up share capital of the company was Rs.61975500/- and the Net Worth is well below the prescribed limit as on 31st March 2023.More over please note that as per SEBI circular dated 14th May 2019 we are eligible for exemption under Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.
