Pursuant to the above regulations we wish to inform that we have received a request from the Shareholder of the Company for issue of duplicate share certificate in place of share certificate misplaced/lost.The duplicate share certificates will be issued only after completion of necessary formalities and receipt of relevant documents from the shareholder.Kindly take the above on record and treat this as compliance under Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
