ZIM Laboratories Limited adheres to current Good Manufacturing Practices as applicable and is accredited by Regulatory Authorities for marketing and distribution of several products in India and abroad. The Company is conscious of its disclosure obligations under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) and will make disclosures if and when the same is required under the Listing Regulations.
